CPA. Emmanuel holds Master in Business Administration from University of Kigali, Executive MBA At USA Quantic School of Business and Technology and a Bachelor of Science Hons in Accounting from University of Rwanda. He is a Certified Public Accountants and a member of Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Rwanda (ICPAR). He has expertise and experience in accounting, finance, Procurements, Tax Consultancy, and Project management.

CPA. Emmanuel joined FS Global Consulting Ltd as Head of Accounting Advisory Services since 2021 with key task to lead various accounting advisory services of the firm. Prior Joining FS Global Consulting Ltd, CPA. Emmanuel Habimana has served many organisations including Jali Holding Group Ltd as Finance Manager, Water Access Rwanda as Senior Director of Finance and Administration, National Bank of Rwanda as Financial Reporting Accountant and Sanlam Insurance as Finance.

CPA. Emmanuel has performed tax and accounting advisory services as consultant in various industries including Consumer and Retail, Non-Government Organisation, Telecommunication, Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing firms, Government projects. He attended various training in financial reporting, data analysis, financial management, report presentation, financial modelling, and he is fully equipped with International Financial Reporting Standards, General Accepted Accounting Principles, and International Public Sectors Accounting Standards.
